• Production Time: All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days.
• Processing Time: It takes 3 - 5 business days to ship your order to our warehouse, put your name and address on it and ship out.
• Shipping Time: Shipment takes 10 – 15 business days (depends on the destination) from the date it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed.
  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Tracking

Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may ship in multiple packages.
